Make sure that when you most your character, you use the form below and fill out everything to the best of your ability. When you post it, you're going to post it in the Character Info Center. This way, everyone can view you're character prior to role playing. I made as in depth as I possibly could. If you must add things, keep I tried organized toward the Other information at the end.
